Ok so today we hear about the 3rd workout of 5 in the Open!  How are you doing with it so far?  I have seen so many cool things happen already in just 2 workouts and i expect to keep seeing this!  But the object is for you not worry about the outcome but to concentrate on you and what YOU are doing.  Its a practice in keeping negative thoughts out.  Keeping positive thoughts in.  Its not just "hoping" that you can do this or that.  Its being confident in what you can do, the fact that you can push to limits you didnt think of, and the fact that you can more that you ever thought you could.  Just smile and push on through!
