What do you stand for?  What do you believe in?  What is important to you?  These are questions that help to figure out your ETHOS.  Your ETHOS is your Character, your Morals, your Fundamental Value System.  These are the basis for the type of person that you are.  Obviously we all want to be good people, but we are faced with circumstances that force us to decide which way to go.  It doesnt mean that there is always a right or a wrong, but they definitely can be two totally separate paths.  Are you doing and acting in a way that supports your ethos?  If you are, then you have pretty strong understanding of yourself.  If you want to be a particular way but you dont act that way, then no matter how bad you want to be that..you really arent.  All of these answers come to you when you are by yourself looking in the mirror.  You know who is in there.  You might be able to fool the world but you cant fool yourself.  So what are your ETHOS?
