So now what happens?  The Open is Over.  What did you learn?  I can tell you that I saw more incredible things happen over the last 5 weeks than i can count within the walls of the Inferno Family.  Honestly in my position, that is MY FAVORITE part of the entire OPEN.  When people think they cant do something, but put it out there and then do whatever it is for the first time of their life.....its a VERY cool and amazing thing.  But were you ready like you wanted to be for the Open?  If not, then NOW is the time to start fixing those problems. Its always easy to say you need to be better at this and that.  Everyone wants t0 be stronger or better at HSPUs, but how do you know what to hit and concentrate on? Well, your programming with us will be varied enough so that you will be able to improve on your General Physical Preparedness, but if there is some thing extra, then heres how you figure it out:  sit down and think of 5 workouts that scare the living shit out of you or ones that if they came up in the OPEN, your first words would be "well im done now".  Once you figure those things out, then its time to start working on those things.  Prioritize them.  Talk to your trainers, ask them for ideas, how to blend it into your training, see what you should do on those Sunday Open Gym times.  Remember getting better isnt just about doing more.  Its about doing the right stuff.  So CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU on a great 2016 Open and lets get back to training!!!! FEEL THE BURN!!!
