Do you believe in you?  Do you believe in what you do, why you do and how you do?  This doesnt mean that you wont make mistakes.  But it means that you have the confidence to get out there do it, whatever it is.  It means you will take it on head first and do everything you can.  Sometimes this may mean to go and have fun.  Other times, it may mean that you will have to stay up late to get work or certain tasks done.  Other times, it may be that you need to do one more rep or take care of business when you dont feel good.  The simple fact of believing in you give you power.  And when that voice in your head starts to get loud about how hard IT is, how you ARENT good enough, how others are BETTER, how TIRED you are, etc, just remember the skills and abilities you have and that you ARE able to deal with it, handle it, complete it!  Just believe!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
