PRs are celebrated in many crossfit gyms around the world.  And even though there might be a PR bell, or a wall to write up the new achieved numbers, its easy to have your PR clouded by someone elses.  They might get more, get heavier, or go faster.  Does this mean your PR is not important?  NO!!  In fact its SUPER important because it mean that you have reached a new point in YOUR world.  It doesnt matter in what realm this PR is.  Maybe its money that was made, hours worked, weight lifted, time spent vacationing, whatever! If its something thats important to you, you should celebrate it, NO MATTER HOW SMALL IT MIGHT BE OR HOW INSIGNIFICANT IT MIGHT SEEM!!  There is nothing wrong with being proud of yourself, giving a proud YALP at the success, pointing about it!  Im not saying that its about shoving it in peoples faces, but if your best friend got a PR wouldnt you be proud and fired up for them?  We then make sure to AT LEAST be this way with yourself:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
