We all love to feel like we are awesome.  We want to feel like we are good.  When we do well it makes us happy.  However, in Crossfit, the object is to not have any weakness.  When we say "Increased work capacity across broad times and modal domains", it means that we can do more work in all areas.  If we only do the things we like then we will NOT be able to increase our work in all areas, only in a few of them.  So there will be days that certain movements come up.  We see the website, and instantly we say "well todays a rest day" or basically anything else we can think of to not do that thing we hate.  But you need to knock down those walls and embrace those things you hate.  The second you do, then they will not control you.  And eventually, they wont be the hated weakness you are dealing with.  It will just be another awesome day in the gym:)
