"Stronger people are harder to kill." This statement came from Coach Glassman way back in the beginnings of Crossfit. It was a comment basically saying that if you look at humans as a species, the strong will survive. This doesnt mean strong as a 1RM only but that those humans that can move Large Loads Long Distances Quickly, will last longer, and have a better chance of survival than those that cant. True we arent in the Zombie Apocalypse right now but think of all the things you can do with your strength! Now if you want to improve your strength, you need to work at it. We do strength movements everyday. The object is to go hard. Its not about just getting through the reps. Its about making each of the reps count. If its supposed to be 70% of your 1RM, then you should try to be at that weight. Im not saying pack on weight if you cant move it correctly, but if you move ok, then go for it! If it doesnt work, its ok! But you need to test yourself! And even if you dont know your 1RM numbers, its ok. Follow the number of reps unbroken thats listed and you should be in the correct realm. We just want our INFERNO Family to be the most ready when the Zombie Apocalypse hits lol:)

.......30 reps Wall Balls (20/15#@10')
.......20 reps DB Ground to Overhead (75/50#, wt to get 15-20 UB)
.......1 min REST
*Keep each round to 5 minutes. If unable to do so (or if you know it wont happen), modify reps to 300m Run/20 reps WB/10 reps DB/1 min rest.
