In life there are so many times when you only get half the story.  A common practice for many is to let their imagination wander and fill in the gaps with "other" information.  The information may or may not be true.  Its unknown.  But all it does is force you to get worried or emotionally charged without the facts.  Im not saying that you shouldnt prepare yourself for something bad coming your way, but try not to get lost in all of the "what ifs" that will come to your head.  You can only control what you can control.  Dont waste time or energy on other things until you need to.  If the information that you thought it comes up, then you can deal with it then.  Worrying about now doesnt do anything but waste time and energy.  So dont assume.  Stay calm.  Then respond when you get the info:)
