Posture is WAY more important than i think we really realize.  We can mobility, do ROMWOD, yoga, see chiropractors, ART guys, etc but if we dont get over our laziness to stand up straight, then we will NEVER be able to fix our aches and pains.  Standing up straight doesnt mean sticking your chest out like "look at me , look at me".  Its the anatomical neutral position.  This means our head is over our neck instead of leaning out while we are texting.  Our shoulders should be back and down as if we were showing our palms forward which will put our shoulders in the proper position.  Our stomach should be "active" with a 20% flex which is about the amount if someone was going to tap us in the stomach.  When we are standing, our butts should be active so that our pelvis is in the correct position and we arent slouching o one side or the other.  I will say this whole thing is VERY tough.  Not because it hard to do but we are SO out of practice of standing correctly.  We are lazy.  It will take work to get it so its your normal.  But it WILL improve your health.  When the proper position becomes the normal then your chance of injury becomes less.  Sounds like a nice little benefit!  So stand up straight!!!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
