The Grind.  There are some days that it seems to go on and on and on with no let up in sight.  How the hell are you supposed to make it through??  Dont let yourself get hung up on how bad it might be.  The fact is that things go in waves.  There will be some points of bad times, or hard times.  But it will get better.  Your job is to keep your head on straight, not let yourself get all emotionally bogged down, or fall into the trap of constantly talking about how bad it is.  This is just a wastse of time and energy.  So keep working, keep grinding away.  Give yourself a moment to smile at some simple things.  Enjoy the sunrise or sunset, a good song, a smile from your kids then get back to it.  The grind WILL let up:)
