Training is a process over time.  Its a long smooth line not a jagged up and down one.  If you have a good day one day then a shitty day it doesnt mean that you were fit and ready one day then all of a sudden you slipping.  Look at how you were over the course of the week, the month, the cycle, the year. Why is this important?  Because athletes are very superstitious, they will think they are having a good day because of this thing or that thing.  But if we cant lift a certain weight one day does it mean our training is dipping, we are weak, we "lost it", we wont be ready, etc?  No!  It just means that we didint hit that weight today.  Look at how you have been lifting, training, or practicing. Have you been hitting it more often than not?  If the answer is yes then you are fine!  Dont let the pressure of having to be PRing each and everyday ruin your training!  Smile, get in there and have some fun!!:)
