We have all heard "its not over til its over", or "not over til the fat lady sings".  I think we forget just how true these statements are.  Many times if we dont think its 100% possible, then we wont go and push 100%.  Its like we are waiting for it NOT to happen.  Well this weekend i saw two athletes qualify for the Crossfit Games that mathematically had the cards stacked against them.  Carly Fuhrer made up a deficit of 22 points, Cole Sager made up 31 points all in the very final event at the West Regionals this past weekend.  Sure there were some things that had to happen, other variables, but the most important variable is that they had to be able to give their 100% best effort.  they both did!  when they did that and then the lesser variables also occurred, they were able to overcome a huge point deficit.  It just again proved that you can NEVER count anyone out, you can NEVER count yourself out.  But you ALWAYS have to give your best effort and believe in yourself!  This doesnt mean to put pressure on yourself to win.  It means to put pressure on yourself to do the best.  Period:) FEEL THE BURN!!!!
