There will always be people out there that are trying to derail you.  They want to piss you of, bother you, annoy you, or get under your skin.  You may or may not even know the reasons why.  So what do you do?  You can just get all fired up and listen to the crap. You can get pissed and upset about it.  You can spend your valuable time and energy trying to figure out what their deal is, OR.......you can blow it all off and not waste any time with it.  This isnt easy, but if you concentrate on the only things that are important instead of wasting time with they noise out there, then you can put your energies where you need them to be.  Dont worry about the haters and shit talkers.  Dont give in to it.  Let them talk into a void.  The voice will die out eventually:)
