Soooo many distractions out there.  They bombard us, they block us, they derail us, they piss us off, then ruin our day, they make us sad, they stop us from all the good things we want to do.  But how?  All of these things out there are magnets that are looking to suck away our power, our life force.  And they are really good at it!  The thing is that if THEY are really good doing that, then WE are really bad at not letting it happen.  We need to be able to take back our power.  NOt to let these outside "things" affect in a way that it ruins our day or derails us.  These things really arent magnets because a magnet physically draws metal towards it because of its properties.  These things cant physically do that.  they are just things.  If we decide not to let it happen then they cant affect us.  Test it out.  YOu might need to do a few practice runs but i bet you can take your power back:)
