I was asked many times yesterday and in the past, "how do i know how much weight to use?"  I never get irritated by this question because i think its always import to understand for you all to think about the WHYS!  With that being said, i will try to list out multiple ways to figure out the weight you should be using.  I will give the Rx weights first, then i will give a % of your 1Rm and finally a "wt to get UB" or unbroken.  The object with this number is that top athletes will be able to do the Rx weight this many times unbroken FRESH.  When you pick a weight within the rep realm then you should be working in the same intensity level and gets the similar response from the workout.  So if the reps you should get are between 10-14 then you def be able to get 10 reps and there should be no way you can get 15.  This will put you in the right realm.  Follow whats written in the program and you will be well on your way to crush those plateaus and increasing that fitness:)
