But the Inferno workouts are just so heavy!  Oh wow that gym is way crazy!  Oh thats the HARD gym!  These are the comments people say about our programming.  However, like some other gyms out there, we dont go heavy for the sake of crushing the life soul out of you.  Yes some of the weights are heavy because we are working more of a strength component rather than a conditioning component.  But our programming is made so that if anyone at any level, no matter how elite, comes through our doors, we have a great and challenging workout for them.  But, because our movements are all scalable, and we add the addition information about how many reps you should be getting, or percentage of 1RM, etc, this allows everyone to be able to do the workout and get the same response with their own abilities.  We realize that almost EVERYONE will have to adjust/modify/scale some or even all of the components of the workout. This is ok!  We are looking for everyone to get the same general response.  We are very proud of our programming and those of you who have been with us then go to other gyms and feel like a champ, well it just shows what hard work does.  We do have a high expectation from our members.  Not to be mega competitors, but to improve themselves daily and push themselves to their limits.  this is why we do what we do:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
