I saw a post by monster coach, Ben Bergeron.  It said "Its not pain.  Its just uncomfortable."  LOVED THIS!!!  Think about your workouts.  When you are pushing yourself to the limit, you feel yourself getting dizzy, your muscles burn, your lungs are on fire.  Usually its at this point that we say the workout is painful.  Pain is an injury, physical trauma, losing a loved one, etc.  That is pain.  The other stuff is just uncomfortable.  Uncomfortable goes away.  Its temporary.  Fight through it.  The more you are able to deal with, the better you will be at everything.  You will be able to go faster, push harder, last longer, than those around you.  In CrossFit we have always heard of the "being comfortable with the uncomfortable" and this is basically that.  But just KNOWING that its temporary makes it so much easier to push when its painful.  So the second you hear that voice trying to telling you you cant do it, trying to make you slow down or stop, realize it will be over soon so just keep going!!!!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
