We hold the bar of expectation very high.  This doesnt mean its all about the amount of weight you are using.  Our high expectations is on the amount of effort you put into your workout and that you are moving correctly.  We program tough and heavy so that our best athletes are challenged just as much as our members that who are here to get a good sweat on.  Those boxes that program for the masses lower the bar so that everyone feels comfortable.  We hold the bar high so that everyone has something to shot for.  The fact is that most people will shoot just below the bar so if its high then most  of our members will be WAY above others from other gyms.  High standards and expectations yields high results! :)
