Ok everyone.....the dad in me coming out!  STAND UP STRAIGHT ALREADY!!!  So many of you are so concerned with your proper form when you are lifting (and we love this and will help you on it all the time) but the SECOND the lift is done, you break into the WORST posture.  I will see you standing around with shoulders rounded and slumped, abs loose and back swayed, legs hyper extended, or back rounded like crazy when you go to put a weigh on or off, and i can go on and on.  You MUST realize that you are not helping all the work you are doing.  We know that we get better at whatever we do when we have thousands of reps done correctly.  If we practice bad then our performance will always be bad.  So if for 23 hours and 30 minutes you are slouching, rounding, hanging, loose, etc, how can you expect your body to hold you up strong?  If you want to improve your lifts, then improve your posture for all 24 hours of the day.  This same thing goes while sitting at a desk, or standing at a desk, texting, driving, etc.  So.............STAND UP STRAIGHT!!!! FEEL THE BURN!!!
