Data is what CrossFit is founded on.  The thing that made what we do different is that we are able to use quantifiable, measurable and repeatable data to find out if we are become more fit or not.  But there is a KEY element here:  you need to record it.  How many times have we posted a movement in the workout that has a % of your 1RM and you dont know what it is.  Why not?  You should know these.  There are many ways to record your data.  You can use an "old school" log book, you can take a picture of your workout and then record it on a spreadsheet, or better yet, since everyone has a phone, find an app that you can record your stuff.  There are many out there that are both paid and free.  One that you should check out is called SUGARWOD.  This allows you to input your data based on our workouts here at the Inferno, or you can log another one that you did and another gym, or if yo just went on a beach run that day.  It will then also give you information based on your workouts and how you have done.  If you join the Inferno group then you can see the virtual whiteboard and even give fist bumps to people for doing a good job.  It will preset your %s for the workout based on your current 1RMs so you dont have to do any figuring and if you are unsure of a movement, there are videos right there for you to see what the movement is.  Its pretty cool!  Check it out!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
