So we are only working out for 10 minutes today.  So you should probably need to do some extra cardio after since 10 minutes obviously wont be enough to burn calories, tone muscle, or lose weight.......WRONG!!!!!!!!! The key to EVERY workout we do, whether its 30 minutes long or 5 minutes long is the INTENSITY.  But the problem is that we are creatures of habit, meaning we will end up working the same speed and tempo whether its a long one or a short one.  There NEEDS to be a difference.  With today's 10 min workout, the object is to push yourself to the absolute limit through out the workout.  Dont act like its a 3 minutes sprint, but dont act like its a 30 min wod either.  You should be DEAD at the end of the 10 minutes.  If you do this, then you wont need to add more to your plate after.  We see so many athletes, or those that want to be athletes, do workout after workout after workout.  If the Intensity isnt there, then it doesnt really matter how many workouts you do.  The magic is in the Intensity so you NEED to make sure the Intensity is there.  just because its hard doesnt mean the Intensity is high either.  So today fill that time slot with as much as you possibly have!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
