Yesterday I read an amazing article by Allison Belger.  It was about the anxiety we get when we workout, or have to do anything in front of people.  Here is a link to the ARTICLE.  The main point of the article was that the anxiety we feel usually has to do with what we think others will think about us.  We think that if we dont perform, then they will talk bad about us or that we will be “less” in their eyes.  Its an interesting phenomenon but something that plagues almost all of us at some level.  The only time we can really get to our best performance is when we do it for us.  Dont care what others think.  Dont care if you fail.  Dont let these things, or others, get in the way of your improvement!
