Is this CrossFit stuff just something you say you do, or do you do it?  There are some that just kind of dabble in the life of CrossFit.  For others, its a way of life.  I know that many "outsiders" will say that crossfitters are very cult-ish.  We talk our language, we eat certain foods, we do certain workouts, wear certain clothes, etc.  Some will talk the talk until they aren't around crossfitters and then they will do the complete opposite of what a crossfitter would do.  You have all heard the benefits of the CrossFit lifestyle.  You know what the workouts we do will do for your fitness.  You know what eating Paleo will do for your health.  You know how much better you perform, how much less you will be sick, how many m ore activities you can do, how much better your life can be.  Is having a drink going to ruin you?  Is having a slice a bread going to ruin you?  No.  But if you just blow it all out the window and eat like crap and not workout, then what do you think will happen?  This doesn't mean you cant live and have some social fun.  But what price are you willing to pay?  Do you really want to lose the weight?  Do you really want to build that strength?  Do you really want to live a longer better life?  Its all in your hands.  You have the power to make the life you want!  So make it!! FEEL THE BURN!!!
