We get very caught up in all the stuff we have going on .  There are so many things to worry about.  Yes they may all be important but in reality we can only do a few things at a time.  We can choose to worry about ALL the things we have to do, which usually ends up in "paralysis by analysis" ......basically we get over come by all the things we need to do and end up doing nothing.  Break it down.  What needs to be done TODAY.  Those are the things you need to put your time to.  There are things, even very pressing things that are coming up, but we cant get sidetracked.  Stay to the plan.  This doesnt mean to not plan for the future, but if you are being pressed then stay true to what need to be done now.  ATTACK THE DAY  EVERY DAY!!!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
