Sleep is a good thing.  At least that's what i hear lol!  Its when your body repairs it's self.  Of course you feel good and rested when you get sleep but if you short the hours of sleep then you will not recover from the stresses of your life and the stress of working out.  do everything you can to get the sleep you need.  But if you cant, dont dwell on it. Stay positive, dont let yourself get to irritated with everyone and everything.  You will get your sleep and when you do it will be glorious:) FEEL THE BURN!!!

........15 reps Wall Balls (30/20#@10', go heavier than you normally would)

........10 reps Snatch (115/75, wt to get 8-12 UB)
