.......8 reps Squat Clean (225/155, 70%1RM, wt to get 3-6UB)
.......6 reps Squat Clean (245/170, 75%1RM, wt to get 1-3UB)
.......4 reps Squat Clean (265/185, 80%1RM, 0-2UB)
.......2 reps Squat Clean (285/200, 85%1RM, 1UB)
*these are meant to be heavy so go heavy. If you are dealing with an injury then increase number of reps. Everyone will only have one bar.
