We all get excited about our heavy lifts and its important to to be proud about your PR's.  But i think there is a fine line between getting a heavy lift or doing a movement no matter how ugly it is and whether you should be proud of it or not.  If you post up a lift that isnt full range of motion, did you get the lift?  If you post up a video of you doing a movement that really isnt close to being right should you act like you are killing it?  I honestly dont think so.  I think in competition, you can be proud of a win no matter how ugly it is. But not in training.  Training is about longevity and doing the right things so that your body builds the strength in the correct positions.  The better this foundation, the more powerful, and safe you will be when you go heavy in competition.  Be proud of your PR's but be proud of your correct movements also.  And if you dont have the correct movements yet then be proud of the steps you are completing on your way to correct movements!  :) FEEL THE BURN!!!
