There is a method to the madness.  How many of you felt that yesterdays workout was enough of a workout?  Well after all the people i saw running after the workout, it was obvious to me that i needed to say something.  We dont program so that you do the exact same thing every time.  Our job is to make you "fit".  Remember that this means you have an increased capacity across 10 physical characteristics.  The general thought is that if you work for 45 secs that its not as hard as if you run for 3 miles.  Well you can make the 45 seconds much easier if you go slow, or dont push that hard.  But if you go as hard and fast as you possibly can with out any slowing, or pacing, or resting, i can promise you that you will get the desired response.  A simple answer is that if you think its too easy and didnt get enough of a workout, then just go FASTER!  Give it a try.  The next time you think its so easy or not enough, then go absolutely balls-to-the-wall and you will then see what i mean:)    FEEL THE BURN!!!
