I heard a very interesting comment today:  "if you believe it will workout, you will see opportunities.  If you believe it wont workout, you will see obstacles."  I thought this was interesting.  Not because it was so brand new but i liked how simple it was stating the fact that it all depends how you see things.  If you are able to keep your mind in a positive state, then you can see chances to make things happen.  Negativity clouds your mind.  You concentrate on all the things that arent working.  All of these obstacles stop you from advancing.  It literally can be this black and white.  Keep your brain right where it needs to be.......in the plus:)

*about a minute between each set.  build up in weight in the 1st round then take the weights off and start again for the second round.

6 min AMRAP:
