Bruce Lee once said that the best fighter is one that flows like water.  This doesnt necessarily mean that you need to slosh back and forth, but rather it means that you just move without getting frustrated.  If something gets in the way of water, it will find a way to move around it.  It doesnt stop and get upset about it, it just moves.  When you are working out (or dealing with anything tough in life), you need to be able to keep your mind as calm as possible.  This allows you to make your adjustments and just move.  This calm in the eye of the storm is what helps all the great things happen.  This is when you are able to work at your highest output because you arent all gunked up with anger and your thoughts and energies all going in the wrong direction.  So the next workout you are in and you feel yourself struggle or get frustrated, take a breathe, think about flowing like water and just let yourself respond:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
