There is a difference between saying you want something and then really wanting something. Saying you want to lose weight is easy and very common but then why do people wait until Monday to start eating right?  Or why do people get so upset they don't have the body they want but they don't take the time write down what they are eating, meal prepping, or sticking to the plan no matter what day it is or what occasion might be coming up?  If you want to get stronger then why aren't you spending more focused time lifting heavy? If you want to be smarter then why aren't you spending time studying?? It's not rocket science: if you want something, you MUST do the work and go after it. Life doesn't give you anything if you just sit there. Complaining about how hard IT is doesn't make it any easier. The more people that feel bad about how hard you are trying doesn't make it happen faster. It's simple: put your head down and do the work. Don't expect it achieve it in a day, a week, a month, or even a year. Just put your head down and go to work. If you really want it then you will get it!!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
