So you are on a business trip, and you cant get to the local crossfit box to get some sort of workout.  But you need to do something.  What do you do?  The easy answer is run.  Sure you can do that but why not up the ante.  How about sprints.  Or better yet run up stairs.  Now that will be a good workout.  Can we make it better?  Sure we can.  What about Burpees.  Kids love em, adults hate em.  But they are VERY good at getting you into shape and making an amazing workout.  Burpees are an all over body movement that takes you through the greatest range of motion we have from laying on the ground to jumping in the air.  There is a Squat, there is a Push up, there is another Squat, there is a Jump.  Then if you do it fast, the heart and lungs get involved.  But if you are staying at a hotel, then you can go to the stair well and try this:  12 minute AMRAP of stair run and 5 Burpees at each landing.  Work your way up and work your way down, depending how tall the building is.  Basically, if you want a workout, just make it happen:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
