How do you decide what keeps you going?  When you have those rough days, rough workouts, rough moments, how do you push through?  The answer is.... you just do.  There isnt any magic.  Maybe you have a moment of feeling bad about it but after that moment, you just push through.  Use whatever you need to push you through.  Maybe some instagram pump-up statement, or a song, or a picture.......whatever you need.  And you dont stop, or slow down, or let down until you make it through.  Dont put a time frame on when it should end.  Just go until its done.:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
