Fear is an emotion that usually stems from the phrase “what if…”.  It doesnt matter if its fear of heights, fear of water, being afraid in a competition, being afraid in a fight, being afraid in a mugging, or any other situation, the “what if…” sentence usually creeps in.  Not that these concerns arent possibilities, but why would you ALWAYS go to the absolute negative side of the possibilities.  Why is it that no one ever thinks “what if…..i have the best time of my life”, or “what if……i dont get hurt at all and actually enjoy the entire thing”, or “what if …….i win a million dollars”?  These possibilities are just as possible.  If the possibility is a positive one…….well….has anyone ever been paralyzed in happiness or excitement?  Nope.  But this would take practice and work to make the mind shift.  But wouldnt it be worth it?:)

.......Round 1) 100 reps Double Unders (2:1 singles)

.......Round 2) 30 reps Toes to Bar

.......Round 3) 30 reps Wall Balls (30/20#@10', go heavier than normal)

*these should take you about 1-1:30 per activity.  Rest the rest of the time.  But we wont stop you to get a rest.  Finish the reps:)
