Well great job DANE and wow that was one demanding weekend!  Its crazy that an "off-season" competition will leave some of the top athletes in the world "broke-off".  We all know what kind of crazy volume most of them do, but then to come to an event and have it be so demanding is tough.  Im not saying it wasnt a great event, it absolutely was!  But even the top dogs need to realize that they arent peaked for this so then need to be ok with not performing the way they want to or the way the "fans" expect them to.  They all tried hard and gave their RELATIVE best effort but we saw many crazy up and downs with all the athletes.  I am always impressed how they are able to just keep on going all weekend long. Very impressive.  Now relax and recover!  That is WAY more important than making sure you get right back on that bar!!  :)

FEEL THE BURN!!!
