Oh believe me, i have no problem procrastinating when i have things i NEED to do.  Im even really good at justifying why i need to do these other things but all it really does is extend out the completion time of those important thing.  I know that working out is important, or taking a moment of time for you so you can keep your brain from going batty.  But its important to "do what you NEED to do so you can do what you WANT to do!"  It seems pretty obvious i know but when you are sitting there poised ready to do something that has to be done and you start to justify yourself right out of it, remember the sooner you finish, the sooner, and more than likely, the longer you will be able to do those fun things.  And there wont be any feeling bad about it!  Get your s#!t done then rock on!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
