What happens when you have a bad workout?  Nothing.  Its one workout.  It doesnt mean you are weak, or that you cant perform.  There are ebb and flow to everyone’s life and there will be days when you are on fire and then there will be days when your not.  Dont let those bad days ruin everything.  If you feel like you need to do some mobility instead, even if you need to stop in the middle of the workout its ok.  Take a deep breath and do something in the workout that makes you feel good: roll out, go run, watch a movie, watch the sunset…..whatever makes you feel good.  When tomorrow comes, get back in there and wreck that workout!!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE INFERNITES COMPETING AT THE TRIFECTA COMPETITION DOWN SOUTH!!!!
