Movement is something that is ingrained in our DNA.  We are designed to move a particular way and all of our movement should be similar no matter what we are doing.  We have to remember that all of our powerful movements are "core to extremity" movements.  This means that the power generates from our hips and core and then resonates to whichever extremity is needed: the arms, legs or head.  If we think about this and concentrate on this when we do any movements then we actually will improve all of our movements.  But its not as easy as it sounds.  It means that we need to prep our body to be in a particular position before we move, we need to load our body properly, then we need to do everything we can not to break form.  The longer we are able to do this then it becomes our default.  The more it is our default, then we will be able to be more powerful in all our movements and decrease the chance of injury.  So move right and get right!:)
