Its easy to say that the workouts you HATE to do the most you should do.  But its much harder to actually do it.  Why?  Mostly because when we cant do something we think we are less than.  We feel weak,we feel dumb, we feel clutsy, we feel stupid, or whatever thing you can think of.  The fact is that the more we hide from these things, the worse we get at them.  We dont get worse because we havent done it.  We get worse because now its mental thing.  We believe we will always be bad at it.  We think that there is NO WAY we will be able to do whatever.  The only way to beat this, is to confront it every time.  Will you become the best at it?  Maybe and maybe not but at least you wont be scared of it.  So show up and crush those things you suck at.  Dont be a cherry picker:)
