Yeah i know we are a gym and we talk about betting yourself everyday.  Usually that would mean some better movements or better posture.  But what i'm talking about here is about bettering yourself  ANYWAY and and all kinds of different areas.  this could mean getting involved in an organization, readings a book, learning a new skills that will help you in your regular life, getting organized so you can pay your bills on time, saying thank you and being more grateful, saying you're sorry and being more forgiving, giving yourself 10 minutes of meditation or quite time to relax your mind and body, going surfing, cleaning your garage, and i could go on and on.  Any of the thing i listed WILL improve you.  Learning, Honing, Cleaning are all things that will streamline your world, reduce stress, make you happy.  Pick something everyday.  Make you a better you!:)
