Life can be a HUGE pain in the ass sometimes.  You have all these things you want to do, all these things you want to accomplish and then it seems like life just lines up and purposely makes sure that you will NOT get to any of them! It wants to stop you from the things you need to get to, or it will gives you a list of "to-do's" that will tired you out and leave you with little energy to do anything.  You want to get to the gym but you are soooooooooooo tired from all the "crap" you had to deal with that day that you really don't feel like doing anything.  Or those other days where you get there but its sooooooo tough to get moving or to have a really good workout.  As your coach, let me tell you something.......give yourself a break.  The object is not to ruin yourself or smash your head against the wall. Its about bettering yourself.  Now I say this lightly.  Yes I think that you need to realize that some workout is better than no workout, and sometimes what you REALLY need is rest.  So if that's the case then do it! But be VERY careful that this doesn't become a crutch for you.  Life is tough and we have to be careful not to make it normal for us to give in when its gets tough or we get tired.  But every once in a while, give yourself the chance to take an easy day, or even a rest day.  Then come back on fire!!!!:) FEEL THE BURN!!!
