I don't think you guys realize how truly bad-ass you are.  The workouts, the movements, the rep set, etc.  The stuff we do is HARD!!!  But realize its not hard just to be hard.  There is a plan and a process for the things we do.  And even with all this,  you guys come in everyday and no matter what is written, you get yourself all set up and hit it!  That to me is one of the most exciting things about the programming here.  The reality is that the majority of you will scale the workout so that you are getting the desired effect of the workout.  And when you scale right then you will feel exactly like the true bad-assess out there.  Basically you are going to the same place as those elites!  The amazing thing is that no matter what the workout is, you EXPECT to be able to do it.  That is CONFIDENCE!  We all know the stuff will be hard but that doesn't matter.  You KNOW you will get through it.  Then you go on vacation somewhere and do a workout in another box and you crush whatever they have because its just not in the INFERNO realm!  It usually takes this trip to another box to see just how amazing you guys really are.  Believe me......you are AMAZING!!!
