How pissed do you get when you are no repped?  Ever had it where your double under just stopped working?  How do you feel when you want to keep going and you know you should be able to but you can't?  WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!  The more you get pissed, the slower you go, the harder it gets.  Its crazy how when you start to hit these obstacles, your body actually starts to physically change.  You body posture changes. Your shoulders round forward, you lose stability in your torso, your head drops, you are slowly giving up.  So what the HELLdo you do to fix it??  You need to hit a reset button and do it fast.  A reset button is very individual.  It can be stopping and taking a big relaxing breath.  It could be closing your eyes and stopping all the movement for a moment.  It could be a spoken mantra or short phrase that focuses your thoughts and your brain.  What ever it is, you need to realize as soon as it starts to happen.  Your first step would be to try to go around whatever the obstacle is.  Metaphorically or literally.  If you are still getting smashed, then immediately go to your reset action.  Taking a second to compose yourself will save you minutes of beating your head against the wall.  We all want to finish the task as fast as possible but if you get hung up and can't react then you will find yourself being stuck many many times.  Don't let this become your normal when things get rough.  Understand that you can keep your composure, take a second to breath, even come up with a new plan, and then attack!!!! :)

FEEL THE BURN!!!
