Anger in one of the hardest emotions to deal with.  It has a weird ability of making everything else worse.  For example, you can be angry at your job or your boss then you come home and you are a jerk to your kids.  You need to be able to take a second and figure out why you are angry.  Do you feel shorted somehow, not important, lied to, or any other reason that would make you angry.  Figure out how you can deal with what you are angry about and then look at what is happening.  Is there a miscommunication?  Are you making an assumption about something?  Either way, you need to be able to box that issue and that situation up so that those angry feelings dont bleed into the rest of your life.  We are very multifaceted people.  Dont let one ruin the rest.  Recognize it, Box it, Deal with it, and keep it in one tight area, then let it go:)
