Ever felt like you were not in control of your life?  Like you were basically a slave to the system, or stuck in a rut of routine?  Feel like you never get the opportunity to make a choice in your world?  Well, in reality, you do.  In fact, you are making choices non-stop throughout the day.  You get to decide what time you get up in the morning.  Yes I know that you have work or school or have to get the kids up, but YOU get to choose when you will get up and do the things you need to do.  Once you are up, you get to make the choice of what to eat.  Will it just be fast because you decided to stay in bed longer, or will be a healthy nutritious breakfast that will take some prep but will definitely last longer?  Your choice.  These choices are happening literally moment to moment.  Ok, so I haven't brought up any big important choices.  I mean you can choose not to go to work or not get the kids to school but then you will have to deal with those consequences.  The fact that you are practicing dealing with choices and basing those choices off of either what you want or what the consequences will be, are preparing you to make those big choices.  Do you quit one job to get another, or to move to another area, or buy the house, or to invest time in a new activity.  You really aren't a slave to routine.  You are choosing to be there.  You are choosing to be in the situation you are in.  You are choosing to live the life you are living.  You are choosing to be the person you being.  You are the MASTER of your life and everything in it.  Realize that choosing doesnt mean it will instantly happen.  There may have to be multiple attempts but you get to choose to keep going or not.  The choice it TOTALLY yours:)
