I honestly get amazed at some of the people that sucked into this CrossFit thing here at the INFERNOs.  We have had so many people come through our doors.  Sure we get the young guys and girl that think they are badass, or the ex athletes that still think they have it.  We get the ladies that have been doing all kinds of workout stuff forever and figure this is the next step.  But sometimes we get people that are so scared to death that i just figure they wont last past the warm up.  Then next thing i know, this person ends up still being here for years on end.  Im not going to say that one type of member is more important that another. But i will say it THRILLS me more than i can say to see someone that is not a workout person, not an ex athlete, has no knowledge of working out or lifting, and they are transformed into a full blown crossfitter!!  They lift right and workout hard, they eat right, and they are smiling non stop!  We have many of these folks that i thought for sure they would be gone immediately.  But for some reason, they are still here.  I know for each of them its something different.  For some its a community, a way to get themselves back, confidence, energy, happiness, fun, etc.  But whatever the reason, im so glad they are here.  They, along with all the members we have here, make the INFERNOs the amazing place it is.  As always, the door is ALWAYS open for anyone that wants to improve their life:)
