The presets have been handed out.  The wrapping paper is finally picked up from being tossed all over the house.  The tasty food and treats have been eaten.  Many people now are saying that they are ready to make a big change at the new year.  they will make their new year resolutions.  The idea of starting over or starting fresh with this new idea is great EXCEPT....if it was really important, why would you wait???  If you want to start eating right, then do it now. IF you want to get back on track with you fitness, then do it now.  If you want to get more sleep, or be more organized, or spend more time with your family, to try to be nicer, or whatever.......just do it now!  If you feel as though you need to wait, then it really isnt something that you want to do.  Remember nothing good comes easy.  It will take work, but the more work it takes, the more satisfying it will be! :)
