Its the final day of the 2016 year.  Obviously there have been a ton of things that have happened this year.  I have really never been huge into New Year Resolutions.  I honestly believe that if you want to fix something in your world, and its important, then you wouldnt wait until the 1st of the year to make a resolution.  However, what i do like about the end of the year is that it gives you a very apparent line to assess yourself: your life, your position, your job, your finances, your world.  Its important to take a TRUE assessment of yourself and see EXACTLY how you did: what did you do well and what do you need to work on.  For the things you need to work on, these shouldnt be looked at as failures.  But instead look at what you did/didnt do, look at the why you did/didnt do it, and then figure out a game plan to make those things better. The new year brings with it new opportunities to great things and we have been put here to do great things.  The doors will be there with opportunities behind each of them.
