I'm in the air right now heading to Dubai. I'll be commentating the Dubai Fitness Championships.  Now I'm very used to commentating about some the best CrossFitter in the world, but I have to say I'm very thankful i get to travel around to all these different competitions all over the place.  One of the things about life is that you can get stuck head down in the grind.  It's not hard.  Jobs, kids, families, bills, planning the future, working on the present, etc etc.  But these trips, as quick and as packed as they can be, let me look up and see things I haven't seen before.  As much as I'm bad at this, this IS something that's important because you MUST be able to look up and appreciate what is out there.  And this may be loving it or hating it.  It's important to see the world around you so that you can appreciate YOUR world.  Everyone's world is different but unique to them. Your circumstances and experiences make up your world.  But sometimes it takes you to lifting your head up and seeing what's out there to add to your world and give it depth.  So, I'll do what I can to try to deliver some of my experience to you while im here, but oif you ever get the chance to "lift your head", do it:)
