Now i may be a little bit of a Star Wars freak, but awhile ago I named one of our workouts "Do or Do not, there is no Try".  These are some very smart words (not because i said them but because a wise Jedi master did lol).  You are subjected to some pretty intense stuff in life.  Its easy to say you will "try" to do it, or "try" to make it.  In reality, when we are saying we will "try" it means that we really dont think we can do it but we will give a weak sauce attempt and if we luck out and succeed then we are lucky.  But more then likely, we are hoping that just the attempt will be seen as good enough.  You need to train yourself that no matter what it is that you are going to do, you are going to truly give a true 100% best effort believing that you will give your absolute best at it.  You have to be this positive about it or then just dont do it.  Dont waste your time.  Time is a precious thing in all of our lives.  Make each moment count by DOING the things you want to do.  Dont waste your time "TRYING".  This doesnt mean that if you honestly believe you can do it but you are unable to successfully do whatever the task is, doesnt mean you wasted time.  It just means you have to make some adjustments.  So just DO what you need to DO!:)
